I've been making some knitting progress, and I am knitting with my friend Sally again tomorrow. She is cheering me on to finish the sweater that I am no longer excited about. (Ok, I admit it, I am bored with it. I think it's all that dreaded ribbing.) I wish I was a finisher. I wish I was a finisher. I wish I was a finisher. (Think that will work?)
Other good news: In case you didn't notice, I have a couple of blog rings in the sidebar now. So if you're bored, go do yourself some surfin'. Go ahead, the water's warm and the surf's up, right "J"?

I found a couple of new hideous knitting patterns today, but I will be nice and not mock them publicly.

Just wanted you to know that I've been reading your blog and loving it ! esp. all the pics of the socks. I love socks. I'm on my 11th pair ( only knitting for about 9 months ) but have enough yarn and patterns to last a lifetime. Keep up the wonderful work.
